This 1983 original 4 bedroom home was in its original state, and in need up major upgrades. The entire exterior was stripped, adding additional insulation, new Marvin Windows, HardiBoard siding, a new roof and repaired chimneys. Every interior surface was touched; wall to wall carpeting traded for hardwood floors throughout, all new cabinetry, lighting window and door casing and trim.

The layout remained the same, minus a few enlarged openings, with the exception of an additional bay added on the garage, and the addition of a bonus room above the garage. Remnants of the original home remain in an effort to tie it into the quite neighborhood, including a stone façade surrounding the front door, a staple of many Chester County homes.
