This project includes the construction of two new homes in the suburbs of Philadelphia. Challenged with giving the homes a more urban look, we looked to many of the newer row homes of Philadelphia for inspiration.

Utilizing many advanced material technologies , including structural insulated panels, precast concrete foundation walls and geothermal energy, provides a highly efficient home.
